Service Description

This 2 hour program focuses on the unarmed individual who stays in the fight. Focusing on the Startle Response and working through scenarios and practical skills. Student can expect to work on the threat response as they are placed into repetition skills. By the end of this program students will have a vast understanding of offensive threat startle response techniques so their actions become an unconscious response. -No prerequisites for this program. -Comfortable clothing and shoes required. -Classroom time along with physical activity through repetition skills -This program is required to take prior to [Startle Response/The fight of your life].
